Coaching Services

Life coaching is intended to support personal growth, clarity, goal setting, decision-making, accountability, and positive change.

Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions.

If you require medical or mental health support, please seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.

Payment

Payment is required before your scheduled session to confirm and secure your appointment.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Refund Policy

All coaching sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be moved to another available date and time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable and will be considered a completed session.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, your payment or session will not be lost, and we will arrange another time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are intended for the person who purchased them and cannot be transferred to another person.

Unused sessions within a coaching package are non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. I provide support, perspective, questions, encouragement, and accountability, but you remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results.

No specific results or outcomes from coaching can be guaranteed.

Communication Outside of Sessions

Communication outside scheduled coaching sessions is primarily for scheduling, rescheduling, payment, and other administrative matters unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as private and confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements and circumstances involving safety.

Testimonials and client experiences displayed on this website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar results.
